Settlement

Genew Settlement is the process to settle service fee or related charge among telecom operation entities according to preset rules. For example, Operator B can rent circuit lines from Operator A to roll out services to its customers. In such case, Operator B should pay Operator A for the rented lines. Given another example, when a subscriber of Operator C calls another subscriber of Operator D, part of the call fee collected by Operator C may be settled to Operator D according to agreement, since the call involves using the network resource of Operator C.
