How to Access Aftersales Support for SMART GM320 Pocket WiFi

Smart 5G Pocket Pro (GM320) has undergone Quality Assurance testing and is guaranteed defect-free from manufacturing and covered by 1-year repair warranty from purchase date.
To claim the warranty service, customer is required to present the following:
- Genew GM320 device with complete accessories including this warranty card and the original packaging box
- Official Receipt or any proof of purchase showing the purchase date
- Valid ID  
 
 
Warranty is considered void if defect found is due to misuse, mishandling, negligence (i.e. scratches, cracks or dents, indications of water damage and the likes) and/or indications of unauthorized break into the device.
For any hardware/software assistance or repair requests, you may our call our Service Center hotline (1-800) 7755-1770 to 72 Mondays to Fridays, except holidays, between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You may also email( ASCsupport@genew.com)or click here for online registration.
 
Genew customer service agent will arrange FREE pick-up and delivery of the device to and from the assigned service center. For non-serviceable areas, Genew customer service agent may advise the customer to drop off or claim the device at the nearest LBC branch.
