Product Architecture
 | The main function of the mSwitch UTEx-AS is to emulate the calling features provided by the PSTN such as call forwarding, voicemail and conference bridges. It also provides additional multimedia features and flexibility previously unavailable on the PSTN, and can include features like unified messaging, video calling and the integration of softphone clients on multiple devices. Deploying the GENEW mSwitch UTEx-AS allows service providers to stimulate further broadband growth, reduce the churn of high-value broadband customers to competitors, and counter ISP-based Voice over IP competitors. |
